Dekonta, along with its expert team, worked on harmonizing the Action Plans of the Environmental Protection Strategies (ESAP) at the levels of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH entities, as well as the Brčko District.
As part of these activities, vertical and horizontal alignment of the draft action plans of the Environmental Protection Strategy was carried out. The activities included the development of a harmonization methodology, the analysis of all proposed measures, and the recommendation of changes to form a coherent and logical structure while ensuring compliance with the levels of jurisdiction.
